I watched The Sentinel the other night and was quite impressed, Michael Douglas played his typical thriller role with a bit of action, and the plot was pretty cliche, guy gets framed for assasination plot, escapes police, proves his innocence while on the run. Actually, this sounds EXACTLY like the same plot as Shooter with Mark Wahlberg, another great film though, with a lot more action, and a lot of long distance sniper shooting.

Id recommend watching both films, good value.

I agree, storylines from The Sentinel and Shooter are very similar. Luckily both are above average movies, though i prefer Shooter, Mark Wahlberg is awesome in this i found.
