There have been numerous rumors as Philip Seymour Hoffman playing the Penguin in the next possible Batman movie even though he has denied those rumors but how do you guys think he would be portrayed and would he be a good candidate for the Penguin?

in my opinion no one can top Danny DeVito's performance as the penguin but if any one should take on the role i sugest Timothy Spall.

Jim Broadbent could play an extremely menacing Penguin.
