A co-worker claims he saw a copy of a vintage 1959-ish Batman comic book this morning. He thinks it was Batman #125, but the cover doesn't match. He KNOWS it was titled "The Phantom Batman".

Can anyone confirm what issue this was, and where we can find a cover image? Thanks.
