Two-face in the movie died as you've seen (he fell) but if he were still alive would there be a sequel to batman The dark knight with him? What do you think would happen in the next film with him if he were still alive?
Please share!

Two-Face was a necessary character in the comic book series, as a metaphor for Bruce Wayne's own battle with dual personalities. Its why he invests so much into Dent's rehailitation, and his battle with personal demons echoes Bruce's fight with his own past.

However, in the film, Batman is going to be a bit of a wreck. Rachel is dead. Dent is dead. His parents are still dead. He is going to be blamed for 5 deaths. I don't think Harvey is as necessary in this film arc.

HOWEVER: This is how things could be in the next film. At the end of TDK, nobody inspects the body. Joker is incapacitated. All of his henchmen are still loose. Who picks up his body? The start of the next film could be him being put in the ambulance, with some clue, like a clown mask, that he isn't going to the hospital. Obviously, this is going to make it difficult to explain the Dent memorial held at the end of Dark Knight.

He could then appear, as happened in the latest Year One comic, in the election for Gotham's DA. It would mean that Gotham would need the Batman, and the deaths attribted to Batman would be lifted.

Two good scenes: Harvey ignoring the coin and not shooting Wayne - symbolism of hope for Dent.

Dent explaining Rachel's last words - that she intended to marry him. That would really upset the batman.

BUT: I don't think he's coming back.

I have to agree with kriskaos i don't think they would kill him so quickly i don't think the reing of two-face is over just yet. and if he does return my guess is he will continue seeking revenge upon the joker(who isn't dead), batman and Jim Gordon.
