Hey guys, I am going to be running a Batman role playing game some time soon for my friends. You can either play an emerging superhero, or a henchmen, with the equipment and abilities of your boss, and I need some help with ideas, here is what I have so far
Riddler, hacking skills, increased intelligence, decreased strength
Clayface, **one ability of choice of all the previous clayfaces, inability to wield weapons, decreased charisma
Hugo Strange, Temporary Monster Men mode, severly decreased intelligence in monster state
Penguin, multi-tool umbrellas, increased charisma, decreased intelligence
Twoface, ambidexterous, ability to dual wield any weapon, even 2 handed, might revise, suggest some power ups someone with him might get, decreased wisdom & dexterity
Ra's al Ghul, access to the Lazarus Pit, sword mastery, and mastery of one form of martial arts*, refusal to use firearms
Joker, Acid Flowers, Joy Buzzers, Flag Harpoon Guns, decreased intelligence & increased dexterity
Firefly, Flight Suits,incendiary or explosive weapon of my choosing, explosives and pyrotechnic expert, extreme fixation on pyromania
Mr. Freeze, freeze guns, immunity to cold, weak immunity to heat
Scarface, personal dummy, expert ventriloquist, voice mimicry, schizophrenic, dummy berates ventriloquist, decreased charisma
Poison Ivy, Toxin Immunity, Portable insta-growth seeds, requires sunlight to function
Mad Hatter, Mind Control Hats, minor in hypnosis, decreased constitution and strength
Manbat, Permanent Manbat hybrid form, reduced intelligence, inability to wield weapons, decreased charisma
Scarecrow, fear gas, 1 pitchfork, sickle or scythe, gas mask, expert in psychology, decreased strength

Joker making up a charity event where people can pay to throw pies at each other, but in reality, he switched the real pies with cyanide pies.
A new Caesar exhibit is up, to be reported on by Perry White, but to taken hostage by Maxie Zeus.
Killer Croc reverse the flood controls of gotham city, and having a city wide crime spree.
Mr freeze trying to freeze all of gotham city to create a new Ice Age
A test set forth by Ra's Al Ghul to see if the new heroes and villians are possible heirs to Him
