The recent general debate over the next B3 villain, well-known vs unknown, popular vs underrated, big draw vs big surprise, reminded me in a strange way of Ra's vs Joker. I loved them both - and still do. I guess what I can take from this is the knowledge that either way, NAG have proven they can and have done either successfully in their first attempts at them. I think two questions emerge from this: 1. Does Heath's explosive post-mortem popularity as Joker impact the line of thought they might've had concerning the aforementioned debate? And 2. Who are NAG's main intended audience going forward - the real fans or the real money?

Unfortunately, it's naive and implausible to think NAG would really consider any one of our ideas for their Gotham. I think we can all agree there. But, I think we can also agree that they do their research and care what real fans (like ourselves) are thinking in real time. What I propose is that any of us who have a comprehensive story for B3, start a thread in as much detail as possible. Give it the title B3: (clever name here) (so it's easy to find in a search) and we should all do our best to comment and build on each other's stories; no hijacking threads or fighting over who has the better direction. Just write your own. We may not be able to impact the film directly. But, we could possibly stumble upon approximations of where they could be going with it. At the very least, we could accomplish one of two things: Either we have fun reading each other's dimentia. Or, there is the slightest possibility that we could start a good enough buzz about little ideas that become strong enough for both the popular thought at large as well as the loyal Batman fanaticism.

first 20 mins or so

*batman is on the run

*his ally commissioner Gordon in the publics eye as the man who wants nothing more than batman captured

*secret meetings between them planning near captures and difficult escapes

*other members of the GPD questioning gordons ability as he lets batman get away several times

further into the film
* an exhausted bruce wayne is shown working twice as hard now as he fights crime yet evades the law that he fights so hard to mantain

*he is holding a big fundraising event at the wayne mansion to raise money for the effect that gothams recent years has had on its citizens

*alfred approaches bruce and bruce excuses himself from whatever bimbos he was pretending to show interest interupting alfred with a private conversation about how its hard to keep a playboy image when he is so tired alfred imforms him of more pressing matters he takes bruce to the window

*out the window he sees a a big white truck parked up in green paint written on the side with a large question mark at the side is "who is rich enough to be the bat"

*a mansion full of gothams richest people all asking themselves and others that riddle as they are called outside

*bruce evades questions and tries to act as normal but every rich person there looks uncomfy as they where all getting pressured even the ones that dont look able as they could be funding someone that was

*the event ends every one goes home the riddle is all over the news and so is another who left that riddle there

30 mins into the movie

*as bruce he has people wondering if he is batman as batman he people he is trying to help hunt him down

* he needs to prove two things one fact one fiction first he must prove gotham needs batman and he is a hero not a villian second of all he needs to somehow how prove he as bruce is not batman

* he has no time as darkness falls that day white vans and cars trucks etc all over the city reveal in glow in the dark paint riddles about every major player in gotham each and every one of there abilitys questioned
"if the commissioner wants the bat caught then why is his team so small"
"which business could make the money you spend be going towards the batmans pocket"
"why do we elect those who make no difference gotham only gets worse so why vote"
etc etc

* chaos is caused in gotham through nothing but questions people not trusting the major companys the police department the mayor the rich etc people spend less money dont turn up to vote people take it in there own hands to catch batman just questions nothing more causes questions

* a Mr Nigma sits on bench in a green suit and laughs at the doubt on peoples faces

*batman searches through the citys cctv footage to try find who painted the cars,vans trucks etc
