Default rachel dawes dead or not

in the dark knight is rachel dawes really dead or are we just lead to believe she is but it will turn out that the joker has her hidden away and a few movies down the line she will turn up as harley quinn(the jokers side kick/lover for those who don't read the comics or watch batman animated)

That is a good statement, I think you are right, but no-one knows yet because the next movie obviously won't be out for a few years to come.

Harely Quinn is Joker's psychologist that he manipulates into falling in love with him. Her name was not Rachel, it's actually Harley Quinn, and she had nothing to do with court law like Rachel, she was just a criminal therapist.

Default harley quinn

go check your character history, harley quinn's real name isn't harley quinn it is Harleen Francis Quinzel, a harley quinn is a female clown, nolan is making his own history of the characters look at his joker no back story no red hood or jack napier and it has never been the joker who created two face till nolan got his spin on the story so what is to stop him from making rachel dawes harley quinn and what better way to drive batman more insane and hateful towards the joker.

Obviously, you're not a golfer.

What are you gonna say next, that they make Gordon into Tally Man so that Batman is left with no choice but to Kill his best friend in crime? Nolan may be designing his own (or basing them off of the animated series, example: Dent's deformation and Harley's apparence.) way of creating villians, but...they all kept their respective names didn't they? Crane, Dent, Valcone, Joker has no contest since his name hasn't been found out in the films yet. It makes no logical sense to have Rachel as Harley when she isn't to begin with. Do you even know why Harleen calls herself Harley in the first place? It'd make for a good twist, but it is still illogical and I can garantee that Nolan wouldn't go that way because it's much more easier to do it the original way like he has been doing since Joker is in custody.

Default by the way I do golf

you don't know much about batman if you think two face was originally from and deformed only in the animated series, two face was created in detective comics #66 in august 1942 and started out as two face it wasn't til later that he was given a back story. harley quinn was created in the animated series by paul dini and bruce timm for the joker's favour episode and she was only meant to be a one off but caught on,her name is a play on the word harlequin, haven't you seen the interview with nolan where he says his joker will have no back story and that no charaters story will follow any existing back story(dent/two faces story was close but not exactly).
p.s batman doesn't kill and it is falcone not valcone.
