End game written through Inception
- 10 Million Dollar ransom put on street vs batman dead. Gangs go to war, as more fundamental level of crime breaks out on streets and mysterious cartel starts taking over. A young man uses class warfare and examples of blatant paranoia to join gang’s together. Batman faces a gamete of challenges that more and more test his survival.

A. Alpha Male type, completely sane, but OCD. Has three - four lives, is a corrupt corrections police officer, is a college professor, and also a family man. A regular john doe who has watched first hand the events in Gotham from a master mind’s perspective, resents that someone of his intelligence is still considered small time, is in a race against time to pay off a bounty on his head.

Catwomen - French Lady
A. Philantropist and Ceo of Environmentalist, for the pure joy goes out and steals from people at night, is a kleptomaniac.

Oracle - Paige
A. Young Intern convinced she’s going to be the biggest thing in investigative journalism. Going to change Gotham herself, actually spies on city officials, and high level criminals, until she get's over her head.

Mcu Head - Eames
A. Captain Davies - Placed in position because he’s past FBI, reports more directly to the mayor than he does Gordon causing frustration in his own unit to where loyalties really lie.

Ripper - Saito
A. New League of shadow’s head, appears in killing Yakuza one by one, has come from killing their superiors over sea’s. Has vendetta against Batman as well.

Young Marconi
A. Brash and inexperienced and is left with command of a mob that has little money left to fuel to empire that once was. Allegiances in the city turn against them from Labor unions at their own docks, to corrupt police men on the take, to even within the highest ranks of their own organization.

Chief Counsel of Mob - Robert Gates- Is in charge of the entire mob's litigation started by Harvey Dent. Goes witness, because they can’t even pay their own lawyer to protect them, and because he see's the mob's actions first hand. Works secretly with new MCU chief and DA to break their holdings into pieces and finally dissolve the mob from within.

Robert Stern - New business man who appears on the horizon suddenly buying up large tracks of land in the city, through kick backs to city officials is able to build a casino within the poorest part of Gotham.
