Default idea for the next batman movie

Villains: Black Mask, Scarecrow, Dr. Hugo Strange

Note that this is a rough, rough draft.

The black mask, a once rich man who owned numerous companies, including pharmaceutical ones, goes bankrupt and loses numerous companies. Those companies are all bought out and paid for by Wayne enterprises. The black mask becomes depressed by the loses and starts abusing drugs. He takes one drug that, unknown to him, is created by scarecrow, a fear toxin. The fear toxin drives him insane with fear, and a voice in his head tells him to go to his mother's coffin. There, he craves the mask out of the metal coffin. While still red hot, he puts the metallic black mask onto his face, disfiguring his face.

He first turns his anger over what happened to him towards bruce wayne. When he consistently fails in his attempt to kill him, he then turns his anger towards the scarecrow. He eventually encounters the scarecrow. The scarecrow throws fear toxin gas bombs at him, but he is unaffected due to him abusing the drug to the point where it didn't affect him anymore. The scarecrow convinces the black mask not to kill him, but instead, says he can make everyone else suffer the way he did through his fear toxins.

The black mask comes up with the idea of using some blimps which he still owns that also have powerful air ventilators that can easily spread the toxin throughout the city. Batman is able to stop them.

However, the black mask realizes that the city had antitoxins already for the fear toxin. His real plan is for everyone to use the antitoxins that the pharmaceutical company, which he still owns, will produce. He bribes Dr. Hugo to help him, along with the scarecrow, to lace the antitoxins with a drug that will make all those that take the antitoxin susceptible to hypnosis. The recent attack on gotham prompts almost everyone to get the antitoxins. It doesn't have immediate effect on the people because it has to be triggered by a sound wave. Dr. Hugo has already made a soundwave that would hypnotize people to do his bidding. The black mask then takes over a radio tower and media centers that will emit the soundwave, which then triggers the hypnotic drug that lay dormant in anyone that took the antitoxin. Batman comes to save the day. The end. (okay, I haven't come up with an ending.)

That sounds pretty cool but I have a good idea too. Remember in the Dark Knight bank robbery scene when the Joker says " I believe whatever doesn't kill you simply makes you....stranger." That makes me think that somehow the bank manager will become Dr. Hugo Strange.

Not bad.
Also consider the "Should do fine against cats" comment by Lucious and "I don't need any help" comment by Batty.

Wait I don't understand the "I don't need any help" part.

Batman replies "I don't need any help" (as opposed to "your" help, perhaps) when the copycat vigilante in the Scarecrow scene says "We're just trying to help you". This, IMO, could be a precursor to his future decision to mentor Robin - a decision he never expected that he would even consider.
