Chicago Board of Trade Building in both films?

I'm not one for looking too deeply into films, but this has bothered me for a while!

In BB, Wayne Tower is based on the Chicago Board of Trade building:




Now, as I'm led to believe, foundation damage to the building cause by the train's "derailment" meant that Wayne Enterprises moved their headquarters to the building shown in TDK.

In TDK, however, the Chicago Board of Trade building is clearly visible during the truck flip scene: I presume this is simply coincidence, and in no way is it meant to depict the old Wayne Tower?

If it is meant to be the old tower, what happened to the details which were different in BB, for example, the opera house? I presume if this is the case the train system had been removed from that part of town due to the damage caused in BB, but that still doesn't explain the other differences... if they need to be explained at all?!
