How would you rate the cast of this movie compared to the previous Batman movies?

I love the cast in this one. They played their characters very well although I still prefer Keaton than Clooney.

the cast in Batman & Robbin.... Awful.

Gotta admit that Alicia Silverstone is still sexy, makes for some very nice eye candy :P

other than George Clooney, I think the cast is ok.
Micharl Keaton is definitely a better Batman...altho Kilmer did a good job in my opinion, but just not as good as Keaton.
Sometimes you can't beat the original.

Robin, Bat-girl, sometimes Mr.Freeze, and Alfred were the only ones that seemed to really stay in the correct character for the film.

clooney was so wrong for the role of batman,it was like a return to the 60s batman show and the makers of batman & robin would have been just as well to get adam west and burt ward back, kilmer was a great batman and looked the part as bruce wayne, keaton was a great batman but wasn't right for bruce wayne, arnie was only in the movie to help his political career he was looking to start(he showed he could do the family movie) and because the makers of the film needed a really big star to sell the movie.

George Clooney - He sucked and came off as a very unlikeable self-righteous character. Plus, I couldn't really separate the character from the actor, especially during the scenes where he dismisses getting married to Elle MacPherson's character.

Chris O'Donnell - Whiny little bitch. Didn't care for him.

Alicia Silverstone - Eh, D-. I've seen trees less wooden, but the sexy Batsuit kinda makes up for it.

Arnold Schwarzenegger - He didn't do a great job, but he was pretty funny at times, and was entertaining to watch. However, several ice puns and not one of them "Ice to see you"? At least people are more aware of the character now...

Uma Thurman - Similar deal, I personally thought she did a pretty good job compared to the rest of the cast, and made people more aware of the character. But I really hated her line, "Every Poison Ivy action figure comes with him!" and then points to Bane. Blatant product placement just pisses me off.

Chris O Donnell As Robin- 2/5 Stars(really Robin just bitched the whole time)

Arnold Schwarzenegger As Mr. Freeze- 2/5(just too many damn ice puns)

Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy- 4/5(hot what more?)

Robert Swenson As Bain- 1/5(yeah no Bain was such a pointless character in this film)

Alicia Silverstone As Batgirl- 2/5(she's hot but why Batgirl, why?)

Michael Gough As Alfred Pennyworth- 1/5(like Michael Gough but Alfred didnt get much screen time)

All in all the cast for Batman and Robin i give a 2/5 stars just because they could have found a better actor for Mr.Freeze.Enough with the fucking ice puns already!
