It's for real and I read it from this article Would-be Batman unmasked in court and sentenced to probation. A male in Michigan was sentenced to six month probation for his tricks in a Superhero costume. The man was detained for trespassing and having a concealed weapon. He has already been instructed to hang up his cape for six months. I guess, he is one of the millions of fans of Batman who wanted some actions. Lol.
