I thought Anton Furst desinged the Gotham City set. Sadly they had a fire at the Pinewood Studio's set and it was destroyed.

ANTON FURST did design it, he was the prod designer who I worked with.

I am always telling editors to make sure the copy doesn't make it look like I designed BATMAN. Maybe they 'slip' to get more interest.
